Duty - Fourth Week Update
Hello, everyone! We've come so far with the Duty project. This past week, we have been working on the prototype. This prototype is going to explain the flow of the game. We've basically finished the prototype, the following is a specific list of what we have finished:
- A demo level
- Main menu
- In-game menus: pause, victory, defeat
- Simple context dialogue boxes
- Regular enemy
- Sprites for the regular enemy, our main character, various level items including hideable objects and hide-behind-able objects, as well as their animations!
- The game logic: win, lose, level scripting
We can't wait to show you the result of the hard work we've put in the last few weeks. However, as with any game project, there are still a lot of bugs and minor details yet to be implemented. Before we show the world this prototype, we want to first make sure that it is playable and you can really get a taste of the flow of the game.
